Hi! I'm Lana! The face behind Foodelicious.

 

As a young child, I loved nothing better than to drag up the kitchen stool, while Mum was baking and help her. 

It wasn't long before I was making some of Mums recipes and creating my own recipe book. Chocolate Fudge and Cheese rolls were my favourite to make. 

My dream materialised when I opened my own cafe in 2007. My love for preparing food and seeing my customers enjoying it caused my cafe to grow and soon I had "out catering" and a food truck to serve people of Invercargill.

13 years later, tired but very successful, I sold my business.

4 years on, after working for three amazing workplaces in the McKenzie Basin, learning heaps and getting more qualifications, my heart burned to serve great food of my own again.
